This new item from Stouffer employs a new take on a classic with local and organic items. With this one the goat cheese is sourced from Stickney Hill, an award-winning dairy farm based in our home state of Minnesota.
This takes about 3-4 minutes in the microwave.
This has a combination of a sharp white cheddar with goat cheese. The combination is spot on and in flavor and texture. This isn’t a unique concept to Mac and Cheese considering this is just noodles and cheese. This is very creamy, flavorful sauce from the cheese and spice.
The noodles in this are organic cavatappi.
