Aloha!

Welcome to my journey of the world through the deepest cultural aspect; Food. I document my adventures in food one dish at a time.

Crepes de Paris - Rancho Cucamonga

Crepes de Paris - Rancho Cucamonga

Located in the Victora Gardens mall, Creps de Paris opened there fifth location. They try to keep the Ambon running the same at all there locations. Once inside the walls are all decorated with whimsical paintings of life in Paris to them. One key feature is the window they have so anyone can see them make a crepe.

 Viva la France

Viva la France

The Viva la France is one of there two most expensive and yet is still under $13.

The crepe it self is slightly chewy. The sauce is subtle with a mild white pepper note and Parm cheese taste. The taste of the bell peppers is very heave with the cheese very subtle. The big disappoint for this is they use pre cooked shrimp and warm them in the sauce.

 Des Amid

Des Amid

The tomato sauce is very mild with a mild sweet note to it. The bacon is very chewy with not smoky after note. The olives give it a nice salinity to the dish with the sauce being sweet.

 Spinach

Spinach

The spinach crepe is of there all vegetarian ones and is to me one of there best ones to.

The crepe itself is like a warm spinach salad that was wrapped. The spinach is gently wilted and the peppers are cooked through giving off their sugars. The feta is not cooked and gives the dish all the salt it needs.
