The chicken is cooked well with a great crust and sweet taste from maple while keeping it most.
The chicken is buttermilk fried and cooked slowly.
The coleslaw is not creamy and is lightly dressed with a good hit of spice. There is a slight citrus flavor like lemon.
All is topped with pickle and Suratcha mayo them on a toasted brioche bun.
The scratcha is so mild that the heat is barely there.
This is a new rift on the classic version.
It starts with tater tots then topped with gravy. The gravy is vegetarian. Then it’s topped with Mac and cheese that’s homemade. Then it’s topped off with apple smoked bacon and a chipotle sauce.
The tots are put into a fryer to cook and do make them a whole lot better as all are very crispy out and tender inside.
The star of this is the Mac n Cheese, it is by far one of the best I have ever had. The combination of cheeses makes this very smooth and creamy.
The bacon is really not needed but does add a good texture and flavor but that’s about it.
The chipotle sauce is a great addition for the tots but gets lost in the Mac n cheese
