Key Lime Pie Cupcake
The aroma is of raw sugar, lime and gram crackers.
The cake itself is most with a gram cracker taste
The key lime is in the center is in the center but not much of it. It's more of a custard with not a strong flavor.
The frosting is filled with lime juice and cream of tartar. This frosting has more lime flavor then the filling with lime zest throughout.
Ube Cupcake
The cupcake is moist with no taste of Ube idol. The flavor is really nothing at all and just tasteless.
The frosting on the other hand is very creamy with a rich flavor of coconut throughout and I think coconut flakes also.
Cafe y Galletas
The frosting is one of the best I have had ever! It is filled with the Mexican Hot Chocolate and it shows as it is in color and taste with no granulated texture just light and airy.
The cupcake itself is dry and has a subtle flavor of coffee but is not dominant in it. The flavor is more like chikory than coffee.
After eating more of the cupcake you can taste the coffee more but still is lacking.
Birthday Cake Macarron
The Cookie is the normal almond flavor that has been died with blue and a dash of sprinkles on top for decoration.
The filling is very sweet with a flavor of vanilla frosting.
Together they are ok with the cookie being overwhelming and the filling not notasable in any way.
This is a good concept but lacks the flavor profile
Horchata Macarron
The cookie has a delicate flavors of the horchata that is not overwhelming
The frosting is very creamy and has a sweet flavor like of horchata but not as prominent as the cookie.
Together they taste like horchata with whipped cream on top with a hint of coconut
This is a good cookie but filling is not good with this combination
Chili Mango Macaroon
This cookie screams mango juice is every way with a little bit of tart.
The filling is very mango forword with a nice kick of chili from that bring a nice heat and citrus flavor.
Together though the chili does hit you as it’s not mixed in but put is one spot and is very overwhelming and not very good as it doesn’t have any flavor of the mango with it
To me this is her best one yet but the chili should have been mixed in the filling for better distribution
