Salsa Verde Shrimp Taco

This signature taco is made with pan-seared shrimp topped with salsa verde, avocado, melted cheese, creamy chipotle sauce, cilantro & onion mix, and cabbage. Served on a warm flour tortilla with a slice of lime.

The shrimp are slightly undercooked but have great flavor with the char and cooked cilantro, and lime

The Tortilla is slightly overcooked and hard around the edges. 

The chipotle sauce is very wide and has a nice amount of smoke flavor with subtle spice, not at the back. 

The avocado is ripe and accompanies this very well and cuts the smokey note down and brings a buttery note that is very present.  

The cheese is not even noticeable and can not taste it at all.  

 

   The only fault I have is that the sauce is overpowering through everything

 


This Limited item is made with Panko-crusted crispy shrimp topped with sweet chile aioli, cabbage, cilantro/onion, and salsa verde served on warm stone-ground corn tortillas and garnished with lime.

The shrimp are little as the batter is a little much on the shrimp and does not taste or look like panko. 

The sweet chili aioli is not sweet in any way and really creamy.  

The salsa verde does help cut the richness of the crust and aioli along with being a needed acidity



Fish Taco Especial

The Fish Taco Especial is made with fully sustainable Alaskan Pollock then they put on their signature original white sauce, guacamole made from Hass avocado, a blend of cheeses and a cilantro/onion mix, mild salsa, and cabbage in a corn tortilla.

The fish is moist and flaky with no fishy taste the batter is light and very crunchy.

The guacamole is greasy with a real buttery taste.  

The cheese is a sauce that is very rich and creamy, it is smooth and has a slight tart note.  

The white sauce is very light and is really runny. 

The salsa they put on is the one you can get on the salsa bar.  

The cabbage is fresh and much needed to cut through the richness of the batter, guacamole, and cheese. 


The Original Fish Taco

The Original Fish Taco

The Original Fish Taco® is made with a fully sustainable Alaskan Pollock then they put on their signature original white sauce, mild salsa, and cabbage in a corn tortilla.

 

The fish is moist and flaky with no fishy taste  The batter is light and very crunchy. 

The white sauce is very light and is really runny.  

The salsa they put on is the one you can get on the salsa bar.   

The cabbage is fresh and much needed to cut through the richness of the batter.  


Burritos


This Shrimp Burrito is made with pan-seared shrimp basted with ancho chilies, garlic, and cilantro topped with citrus rice, guacamole, black beans, salsa fresca, romaine lettuce, creamy chipotle sauce, and roasted chipotle salsa. 

The shrimp are cooked Litely under; the garlic, cilantro are not noticeable but the ancho is very mild not giving any heat to this dish 

The guacamole is filled with tomatoes and onions and is really creamy and buttery. 

The lettuce brings a unique flavor and crunch to this dish that is refreshing.  

The black beans are good but flavorless. 

The citrus rice is flavorful of orange and lime and is bright and has a delicate acidity to it. 

The chipotle sauce is mixed throughout bringing this dish a nice smokey note that melds this dish together.
