 Banh Mi : Grilled steak, julienne Daikon, carrots, jalapeño, and cilantro on a fresh-baked roll with house made Sriracha Lime mayo.

The tri tip is exalently seasoned and grilled to a medium.

There is some fat on the meat but does help bring a subtle butter flavor to this dish.

The Dikon are mixed with carrots, jalapeño and cilantro bringing the texture and flavors to meld well. There is nit much jalapeño to make it spicey

The suracha Mayo is subtle heat with more moyo then suracha and no taste of lime what so ever, but on its own it does pack the heat.

This Reuben is made with very lean corned beef but there is some fat, brown mustard, sauerkraut, and Swiss.

 

The meat is very good and tender with a mild flavored of the Pickering. 

The brown mustard is a great addition to this classic and adds a great spice note.

The sauerkraut is lacking in flavor, amount, and was not fully drained makeing the bread really soggy. 

The cheese bland and flavorless along with out being fully melted. 

The Russian dressing is runny with a heavy mayo forward and ketchup with little amount of pimentos (or as I taste pickle) and no horseradish or chives in this.

The bread is the torditional rye but instead of toasted they grill it adding a great char flavor addition to this.

The fries, are russet with little salt and more flavor of the oil, that when I came should have been changed.
