The beef is over cooked and dry. It's not ground but chunks. It is lean and tender though. The cook it with there spices and onion
The avocado was hard and flavorless
The sauce is good with a delicate heat
They also put beans in it to hold everything
Through the whole buritto I did not have any fat or gristle
Rice - The rice is tasteless basically steamed white rice in a chicken broth
Beans - They where dry and cold with hard chunks
The chicken is grilled and had a bad taste of char and burnt drippings. The chicken is filled with gristle and fat.
They put more beans then chicken in the buritto. To me it is better do to the quality of the chicken.
The sauce is very fragrant of chili. The taste is spicer then their red sauce. It is very thick and has a consistency of a gellitan.
The beans are covered in the red sauce and cheese so it brings more flavor.
The rice has a a dollop of Pico de Gilo that is is made with tomato, onion, cilantro, and garlic
Crispy Jumbo Shrimp, topped with crunchy shredded cabbage, savory secret sauce, and handmade pico de gallo, wrapped in a warm flour tortilla and served with a fresh-cut lime wedge.
This taco is in a raw and doughy tortilla that continues to get soggy do to the pico de gallo.
There are three shrimp that are breaded with a combination of spices that are very nice but has a mild kick to it from I am guessing chili powder.
The cabbage on does little and there is not enough to make a difference for the taste
The pico de gallo is fresh and please take with great flavor but to me it is to sweet and overly watery.
The white sauce is much like a crema but is tasteless and sticky
