Pastami Ruben
This is their version of the famous Ruben. They make this to order and grill up the meat, sauerkraut then place the cheese onto as they are cooking so it melts before putting on the bread.
The flavors are very good and work together great. I did not prefer the white bread do to it is just not harder enough. Also I believe the cheese is provolone and does nothing to help the flavors.
As for the meat, it is very lean and have no gristle or fat. There was plenty and maybe too much in some cases.
Mike's way
You can order most the regular way or the mike's way and that includes lettuce, tomatoes, red wine vintages, olive oil, salt & pepper and long with a spice blend.
As you can see i had a half each way,
The normal way is better to me but the added ingredients bring a much needed texture variable but I believe they add to much vinegar and oil make it the sandwich really wet.
