Marin French Cheese - Petite Camembert

The texture is soft with a ferm center. The outer is creamy like a Bree while the center is more like a soft goat.

 

The aroma is really not existent.  

 

The flavor is a slight tart note like of yogurt with subtle hints of earth but the rind has a distinct hurbatious and earthy note.
