This chocolate bar is made with Belgian 54% Cocoa, 100% Kona Coffee Beans & Hibiscus Flowers
The aroma is very much the cocoa with very subtle hints of the coffee and none of the Hibiscus.
There is no visible evidence of the coffee or Hibiscus
The flavor is very heavy on the cocoa with lots of crunchy taste of the coffee beans and a tart note of the Hibiscus.
The hibiscus dose cut the sweetness of the chocolate with a floral and tartness that is much needed.
The coffee doesn’t make the taste much but brings a unique texture that is unusual at first if you are not expecting it.
