This new bakery who opened in early 2018 is located in the Ali’i Gardens Marketplace.
Eatch Macaroon is made with fresh fruit juice and the fruit itself for the filling so the flavors do change constiley with what is in session.
Lychee
The cookie is tasteless with only a mild almond note
The filling is a big note of lychee with posable little chunks of the fruit in it.
Together the filling and cookie make it very creamy and smooth with floral and a slight citrus note like of pink lemon.
Chocolate
The cookie is the same but more bland
The chocolate is loaded and is a ganauch. It is creamy with a smooth texture.
Together it’s like cocoa with a crunch and not in a bad way.
Pineapple
The cookie is sweet with a nice delicate hint of pineapple or a floral note like of plumeria with a delicate hint of almond
The filling ts very sweet with a Sugarloaf Pineapple note that is notes of sugar cane, lemon leaf, and plumeria or lilac.
Together it tastes like a vanilla with a undertone of white pineapple along with a nice crunch
Mango
The cookie is bland and has no almond taste at all
The filling is very creamy with more of a vanilla taste at first then mango.
After the first Tate of it you can really taste the mango. Sweet and well tropical floral with a overly sweet note like mango juice.
Together it’s mango with a crunch nothing more.
Guava
Cookie is the same as the rest
Filling is very creamy with a slight taste of guava but not really bursting with flavor.
There is less filling then the others
Together this really did not say guava still
Passion Fruit
Cookie the same as the rest
Filling is lacking to cookie.
Flavor of the filling is of Lilikoi and has a heavy flavor with a slight tart Finnish
Together it tastes like vanilla with lemon juice mixed in.
