The appearance is of pale lemon or sparkling apple juice
The aroma is of green tea and not any of grape
The flavor is of diluted grape with a metallic and chalky note probable due to the tannins and malic acid n grapes.
This kombucha does give you a sweet forward flavor thats a little gritty but does cut some of the chalky note but not by much.
