The aroma is of the Hatch formats with subtle notes of spice after like of pepper and coriander
The flavor is of beef and the hatch is not forward on this but comes in at the end with a very subtle heat for a great finish.
Eating more into it, the Hatch still is not prominent as a flavor rather the meat.
The meat itself is very tender with no fat and such little gristle that its not really a problem
Its a great concept but needs more Hatch in this
