This is a limited flavor for Tastes of America thats in its second or third year.
They are inspired by California and specifically of what I gather San Francisco area
Upon opening the bag the aroma that you first get is not Truffle but more of a shrimp crisp or crab bisque.
The flavor is not piping out as Truffle in any way but more duck fat.
There is a herb note that toys to cut through but not so well along with a cheese, creaminess, flavor than anything else.
Eating a few at a time you still don’t get the mushroom note but the parsley flavor and oil instead
This is a great concept but lacking in every way
