This soda is a non alcoholic flavored soda of Greek Ouzo.
The aperance of this is Clear with a delicate tint to it.
The smell is floral like of lilac and heavey on the star anise.
The flavor is heavey anise Forward. There is a sweet vanilla flavor probably from the cane sugar that has a high the level of sweetness that is not gritty but very smooth in texture. The finish is of a delicate floral note like of lilac and sweet orange blossom.
