Subways Ruben take is spot on with great flavors and textures.
The rye bread is very soft and has good flavor and incorporates caraway seeds throughout.
The corned beef is very lean with little to no fat or gristle.
They did get sauerkraut for this and the only problem is that they don't drane the liquid out enough.
The Swiss cheese is tasteless.
The 1000 Island Dressing is standard but still nice to have.
