ABV : 6.8% Style : Blonde Ale
The color of this pored is a reddish copper to light amber, head is brighter white with fine to small bubbles, presents about 1/2 inch thick and dissipates to a delicate laceing
The aroma of this beer is lightly floral of the hibiscus forward, subtle tartness of the hopps, and apple banana. There is not much aroma of the malt.
The flavor is similar to the aroma, with the hibiscus forward, it is on the tart side, the malt is more pronounced but still faint. I can not taste any kiwi in this at all. The tropical notes of green papaya comes through but on the dry side along with a subtle citrus note like of pink lemon but it is probably from the hopps. On the finish there is a delicate white cranberry note to this.
Mouthfeel is light carbonation but stronger bitterness - with minimal malt backbone it really sits strongly on the tongue and lingers in the back.
