Signature Items

This signature item by Taco Bell combines seasoned beef, nacho cheese sauce, lettuce, tomatoes, and a crunchy tostada shell all wrapped in a tortilla.

The item is really just a tostada shell base that is topped with the items and then wrapped.

it is a great idea and way to eat a tostada without it falling apart or losing the items.

The taste is more of the beef and tortilla than anything else. The cheese and tomato are more of an afterthought along with the lettuce.

TACOS

It is like a pita with a doughy shell that is filled with ground beef, sour cream, lettuce, cheese and topped with tomato.

The shell is good for soaking up the juice of the meat and oils and fats.

The flavor is more like an Indian fry bread for the shell and an Indian fry taco for the whole thing

The smell is of fried chicken with a strong spicy taste.

The first bite tastes of oil and a Lil soggy. The spicy coating should have been crisper.

The chicken is well flavored with no fat or gristle ( a big surprise)

The tomatoes could have been a little riper. The crisp lettuce once in the shell became wilted fast.

The creama inside is complimenting with the spice and to me should have more in it.

There's not much new with this Double Chalupa, it's a giant Chalupa with the addition of nacho cheese sauce.

At first look, it's like a huge boat filled with meat and toppings. The shell is oily and is held together in a cardboard container.

Like the Chalupa, the shell Is oily but not crispy in any way. The shell does not hold together well. After the first bite, the chalupa broke in half and everything fell out of the box.

The tomatoes, sour cream, lettuce, and shredded cheese are the same as you find in Taco Bell's "Supreme" items. The only new addition is nacho cheese sauce adds to add an extra creamy taste, the cut does not work in any way.

Overall, Taco Bell's Double Chalupa is really bad but if you like the regular Chalupa you should get this I can not support this in any way
