Pumpkin Curry Special
I had on this trip here the special of Pumpkin Curry.
The heat level was mild and yet had a nice kick to it and was surprising at first but was very nice after the first few bites.
The curry was much like a Panang curry and was loaded with carrots, green bell peppers, zucchini , basil, Kombucha, and chicken.
The flavor was very good and the added kombucha (steamed first) was a better addition then the normal potato and brought a delicate floral and sweet note to this.
One of the best curry’s i have had in a long time
Pad See Ew : Soft white rice noodles and eggs with broccoli florets seasoned with Thai spices and tofu
The glass noodles where flavorless along with most of the dish.
The Vegetables where steamed before being added and mixed together.
The spices in this where not enough to even tell they where there.
This is a very disappointing version of this classic
